BD6 - Kombinierbares Wegeventil

Das BD6 Ventil ist für den Betrieb in Parallel- und Serienschaltung konzipiert und kann bis zu maximal 6 Module umfassen.
Dank der Vielseitigkeit kann das Ventil für kompakte Anwendungen eingesetzt werden, insbesondere in der Fahrzeugbranche und für Miniaggregate.
Für Parallelschaltung ist die Version mit integrierter Vorsteuerung verfügbar.

EDM-M* - Digitaler Leistungsverstärker für Proportionalventile, Führungseinbau

Die Karte EDM-M* ist ein digitaler Verstarker und dient zur Ansteuerung von Proportionalventilen. Sie ist fur den Fuhrungseinbau Typ DIN EN 50022 entwickelt.

Der Strom variiert proportional zum Sollwertsignal und unabhangig von den Temperaturschwankungen und der Volumenstromsimpedanz.

Durch die Stromversorgung der Magnetspule mittels PWM-Stufe wird die Hysterese des Ventils reduziert und die Regelgenauigkeit verbessert.

Die Karte ist in drei Hauptausfuhrungen verfugbar: Steuerung von Ventilen mit einer Spule (M1), mit zwei Spulen (M2) und mit zwei unabhangigen Kanalen fur die Steuerung von Ventilen mit einer Spule (M3). Jede Ausfuhrung kann mit verschiedenen Hochststromeichungen und Umschaltfrequenzen (PWM) geliefert werden, die je nach dem Ventiltyp verbessert werden. Die Parametersregelung wird durch die auf der Leiterplattenvorderseite eingestellten Tastatur und Display oder durch RS232 oder durch USB Konverter (EDMPC/20 Software) ausgefuhrt.

DXPE*J - Directional control valve, pilot operated, with OBE and feedback

— DXPE*J are directional control valves operated by a servo-proportional pilot, with mounting surface compliant with ISO 4401 standards.
— The spool position is controlled by a linear transducer LVDT in closed loop, which ensures high precision and repeatability. In the event of
switch-off or inactive electronics the main spool is set to a fail-safe position by springs.
— The valve is featured by integral electronic based on SMD technology which ensures standard regulations and simplifies the electric wiring. The
unit does not require any adjustment.
— The valve is easy to install. The driver directly manages digital settings. In the event of special applications, you can customize the settings using
the optional kit.

FV6 - Fixed displacement vane pumps

— The FV6 pumps are fixed displacement vane pumps, with several nominal displacement each. Single, double and triple pumps are available.
— The pumping group is composed of a cartridge element that contains rotor, vanes, cam ring and support plates. Cartridges are easily removable without disconnecting the pump from the hydraulic circuit, thus simplifing the maintenance operations.
— The special elliptical profile of the cam ring, with double suction and delivery chambers one against the other, eliminates the radial thrusts on the rotor, reducing wear of the pump. The use of a 10 vane rotor reduces the delivery pressure pulsations, suppressing the vibrations and noise level of the pump.

EWM-2SS-DAD - Card for 2 axis positioning in closed loop control with profibus interface

EWM-SP-DAD - Positionier- und Druckregelbaugruppe mit SSI-Schnittstelle und Profibusansteuerung

This card has been developed for positioning control with integrated closed loop pressure where an high accuracy is needed, using a digital sensor for positioning, and analogue sensors for pressure sensing.

The card is an axis controller with two positioning control mode, SDD and NC. It communicates with the PLC via the integrated Profibus interface.

An integrated control for pressure limitation for one or two sensors (differential pressure), completes the card.

The output value, voltage or current type, has to be configured via software.

Card setup is via software only, through an USB-B port.
