BD6 - Electroválvula direccional componible

La válvula BD6 ha sido estudiada para funcionamiento en paralelo y en serie, montando hasta un máximo de 6 cuerpos-módulos.
Gracias a su versatilidad, puede ser utilizada en aplicaciones compactas, principalmente en el sector móvil y en minicentrales.
En la configuración en paralelo está disponible la versión con válvulas antirretorno pilotadas integradas.

EDM-M* - Amplificador digital para valvulas proporcionales de anillo abierto

La tarjeta EDM-M* es un amplificador digital para el mando en anillo abierto de valvulas proporcionales, prevista para el montaje sobre guias tipo DIN EN 50022.

Suministra una corriente proporcional a la senal de referencia e independiente a las variaciones de temperatura e impedancia de la carga.

La alimentacion al solenoide, a traves de un nivel PWM, consiente reducir la histeresis de la valvula mejorando la precision de regulacion.

Hay tarjetas en tres versiones principales para el mando de valvulas monosolenoide (M1), doble solenoide (M2) y con 2 canales independientes para el mando de dos valvulas monosolenoide (M3). Cada una de estas versiones a su vez, se puede suministrar con diferentes calibrados de corriente maxima y frecuencia de switching (PWM), optimizadas en funcion del tipo de valvula a comandar.

La regulacion de los parametros se puede realizar a traves del teclado y pantalla, situados en la placa frontal, o bien con portatil a traves RS232 (software EDM-PC) o bien a traves conversor USB.

DXPE*J - Directional control valve, pilot operated, with OBE and feedback

— DXPE*J are directional control valves operated by a servo-proportional pilot, with mounting surface compliant with ISO 4401 standards.
— The spool position is controlled by a linear transducer LVDT in closed loop, which ensures high precision and repeatability. In the event of
switch-off or inactive electronics the main spool is set to a fail-safe position by springs.
— The valve is featured by integral electronic based on SMD technology which ensures standard regulations and simplifies the electric wiring. The
unit does not require any adjustment.
— The valve is easy to install. The driver directly manages digital settings. In the event of special applications, you can customize the settings using
the optional kit.

FV6 - Fixed displacement vane pumps

— The FV6 pumps are fixed displacement vane pumps, with several nominal displacement each. Single, double and triple pumps are available.
— The pumping group is composed of a cartridge element that contains rotor, vanes, cam ring and support plates. Cartridges are easily removable without disconnecting the pump from the hydraulic circuit, thus simplifing the maintenance operations.
— The special elliptical profile of the cam ring, with double suction and delivery chambers one against the other, eliminates the radial thrusts on the rotor, reducing wear of the pump. The use of a 10 vane rotor reduces the delivery pressure pulsations, suppressing the vibrations and noise level of the pump.

EWM-2SS-DAD - Card for 2 axis positioning in closed loop control with profibus interface

— The EWM-2SS-DAD card is designed for controlling the stroke position of 2 axes

— Additionally, the synchronized control of the axes is available

— Both SSI or analogue sensor input are available

EWM-SP-DAD - Tarjeta para el control de los ejes (posición y presión) con interfaz para la comunicación Profibus

This card has been developed for positioning control with integrated closed loop pressure where an high accuracy is needed, using a digital sensor for positioning, and analogue sensors for pressure sensing.

The card is an axis controller with two positioning control mode, SDD and NC. It communicates with the PLC via the integrated Profibus interface.

An integrated control for pressure limitation for one or two sensors (differential pressure), completes the card.

The output value, voltage or current type, has to be configured via software.

Card setup is via software only, through an USB-B port.
